Start to Finish

Complete carbon fiber design and fabrication from engineering to end product

Wet layup, Vacuum infusion, Lite RTM, Forged carbon, Out of autoclave prepreg

Tooling for all steps along the manufacturing processes. (Rapid prototype molds, production molds, assembly fixtures, trim fixtures, locating jigs)

Using a 4x8' CNC we are able to create patterns, trim parts, create tooling, fixtures, and any support components required

Parts are scanned for reverse engineering, mounting location, or to verify they are in spec and fit the design tolerances

Utilizing CAD software and 3D scanners we can make just about anything

3D printing for rapid prototyping, fixtures, and production parts

Parts are initially cured and can be post-cured to achieve the desired glass tranistion temperature

For parts requiring UV protection or have specific color requirements they are sprayed and cured with infrared lights in a paint booth
